I'm terribly saddened by this fire hazard!The box was already beat up, items were not secured.I thought maybe it happened during shipping, so I continued to unbox the tree. the bottom section was gorgeous, and took me an hour to spread out the bottom sections nicely.(I did notice that the some of the branches were bent in a weird way, but I thought that they would settle, they didn't.Then I started on the middle section.I had started at the top tier, gently spreading out the branches. one of the wires was wrapped in plastic, which I thought was extremely odd. So I unwrapped it, to find 2 cuts of exposed wires!! there was another section of exposed wires, closer to the plug. needless to say I was HIGHLY disappointed in this product, and immediately sent a request for a UPS pick up to return the item.whether the branches are "fire resistant" or not, this is COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE and I'm highly upset because I was actually looking forward to setting up my tree right away. :(

The picture you see of the tree is not what you get!! The tree in the picture is full and thick. The tree I received looks like branches are missing all over! I fluffed the branches for almost 3hrs and it still has big gaps in it. I’m so disappointed! My first tree for my new home and it looks like I found it on the side of the road. Hopefully I can create an illusion with all the decorations I’m going to put on it. I know I will still have to turn one side away from incoming guests so they want see the worst side. Please if you want a nice tree order one you have seen in person and someone else’s home or buy it locally. The money I wasted on this tree could’ve went toward my children Christmas gifts! The only reason I’m not sending back is because my children were so excited to decorate it when I took it out the box.

Honestly expected more. When I first opened the box it said 6ft, which upset me because the description said it was 7ft. But I measured it and it is 7ft. It comes with gloves. It’s wobbly, the bottom row of “branches” are way too spaced out. Kinda seems as if a row is missing. There’s a big gap in one area. Not as fluffy as they make it seem in picture. And yes, I tried for quite a while making sure every “branch” was as spread as possible. It’s not quite lit evenly.

Arrived with a broken wire and in a very damaged box INSIDE the sturdy, undamaged Amazon shipping box. So, maybe someone at the company needs to address this with the amazon fulfillment center? I put my own lights on the section that was out from the broken wire, And it turned out OK. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture but I still think this Christmas tree turned out pretty cute once decorated.

I'm actually really surprised and I love this tree!!! I put it all together on my own and it's not overly heavy! It comes in three pieces for the tree and the base is really simple. There are instructions included and make it soo easy. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but the tree is perfect and all the lights work. Not finished decorating yet but wanted to share! So happy with this purchase, would definitely recommend!!

I can't give this tree a great review because one of the strands of lights doesn't work. I didn't notice that the wire was cut when I first opened the box, and thought everything looked okay. I threw the box away, and found the problem weeks later. The company needs better quality control. The moral is assemble your tree when it arrives, even if you don't want to put it up then, so you can check for problems.

This is the first artificial tree 🌲 we have ever brought, I was never a fan of them, but this tree is GREAT! Easy to assembly the lights are perfect not too bright just right, we got so many complaints over the holidays,

This tree was GREAT! Came out of the box with 3 tree pieces and a stand out together very easily and took no time to fluff! The tree also has a great deal of lights attached to the tree! Very satisfied with this tree purchase!
