The best solution to sweaty toilet tank!!!
The toilet tank in my master bath sweats no matter what I would do. Insulating the tank had zero effect, heat or a fan had zero effect and don't get me started on the valve that brings in warm water...zero effect!!! The constant replacement of towels to catch the sweat, constant cleaning and constant waste of money, time and energy to keep the toilet tank dry was irritating! I only wish that I knew about this years ago! I highly recommend this if you're in the same boat I was in. This works so amazing, easy to use, doesn't make any noise and fits perfectly! The initial charge lasted about 1 month which is great and recharging it took about 6 hours. The toilet tank sweated while this was recharging but within about 30 minutes of re hanging this the tank was dry again before any sweat made it to the floor! I'll definitely buy more... they'd almost make the perfect Christmas gift 🤣

Works great in small, enclosed spaces
I purchased this hoping to keep the excessive moisture buildup in my safe under control and couldn't be happier! About a year ago I purchased a First Alert fire proof/waterproof safe, which has an airtight seal. After I got it and read the instruction manual I found out that they state that the fireproofing materials used in the safe cause excessive moisture to build up inside the safe and suggest opening the safe on a regular basis and leaving it open to allow it to air out. This is obviously (at least for me) not practical since I got the safe to keep money and other valuables safe. I shrugged off their warning about opening it and placed my items inside and rarely opened it. I found out after several months that my money and other paperwork was very damp and smelled like mildew. So, then I started opening the safe more frequently, which did not help at all,, considering I live in Georgia where the humidity is already very high (so opening the safe just exposes it to similarly damp air.) The moisture was so bad inside the safe that liquid would actually pool on the bottom after being closed for extended periods of time. I then tried placing items inside ziplock bags, which did not work. Then purchased dry bags designed for keeping items dry when boating, etc, and even tried glass storage containers with ridgid plastic lids with gasket seals to place items in (this is what the manufacturer recommends). The dry bags didn't work and moisture still managed to work its way in. The storage containers worked better, but not perfectly. Then I purchased this Eva-dry E-333, which is the small one. I figured I didn't have that much to lose, considering that it doesn't cost very much. Well, I wish this had been my first purchase as this item works! The day I recieved it, I opened the safe and noted that there again was some liquid accumulated on the bottom. I placed the Eve-dry inside, along with the packing slip that came with it (to see how the piece of paper did being left inside the safe). I checked back the next day around the same time and all the moisture on the bottom was gone and paper was still crisp and dry. I then left it closed for several weeks and then checked again. This time I noted that the crystals had started to change colors (they were purple-ish-pink) and safe was still dry and paper still crisp and dry also. I then removed the Eva-dry and plugged it in to refresh it. The next morning the crystals were all blue again and I returned it to the safe. I had no problems with the plug or it falling out of the outlets. I does have a good bit of weight to it compared to a normal cord or power supply; however, if your outlets are good you shouldn't have any trouble. I had all of mine replaced about 8 years ago because many of the old outlets would not hold plugs well in general. If you have outlets like that, this thing will never stay connected, but not really a fault of the product. Using a power strip would also work fine, if needed. Bottom line - It works for my needs (small, enclosed space), you don't have to buy refills, and it's very affordable. I wouldn't recommend this to dehumidify a room, closet, etc, as I seriously doubt it would be that effective under those conditions. The reason I say that is that I've used regular electric dehumidifiers before, which are capable of removing a couple gallons of water every few days and although they make a difference in overal comfort, even those don't do much to lower the actual relative humidity reading within the space.

Good size, works well, hot recharge
Works well for controlling humidity in a closet. However, this thing gets HOT when plugged in for recharging. Just keep that in mind when recharging in a congested area.

Definitely recommend!!
I had this thing for a few months and it started leaking something that looked like beads of some kind. seems it is coming form the location where the plug is located. The constant pulling of the plug to dry the unit out caused the plastic seam to pen or break. I found the website address on Amazon and wrote them an email explaining the situation! Voila! In three days I had a brand new replacement on my doorstep!! It works very well in closets. I only dry it out about every two to three weeks.

CLEAN, EASY & EFFECTIVE
I was sceptical, but it really works. Beads absorb the moisture without any leaky mess. Would they look discolored you just plug it in for a bit and they dry right out.

Great unit and very affordable
This mini dehumidifier is great! I have three of them and am considering purchasing a couple more. I use them in my guitar cases and in a small wine fridge. The effect in the wine fridge is noticeable. Prior to use, my wine labels would get moldy, but now the fridge does not affect the labels and feels noticeably drier. One word of caution, you need to monitor them when they are plugged in and “renewing” otherwise you risk burning the desiccant beads and permanently damaging the unit. It’s not hard, but you need to adjust the time based on your location and ambient humidity.

Works, but not as advertiesed
I have 2 of these, one for each gun safe. What I like about this particular dehumidifier, is it's easy to read when they need to be recharged. The color difference is very easy to read (dark green/black and bright orange), unlike others where the 2 colors are very close so it's hard to tell if it's wet or dry. They claim this dehumidifier can handle a space up to 333 square feet and needs to be recharged every 20-30 days. That's not true. I have one in a safe that is 290 sq/ft and the other is only 100 sq/ft. They need to be recharged every week. It takes between 12-16 hours to completely recharge each one. The ideal humidity for a gun safe is between 30% and 50%. My safes are capable of reading the internal humidity through an app on my phone without opening the door and exposing the inside of the safe to the outside humidity. Any dehumidifying system that uses these little gel balls are capable of absorbing humidity down to about 55%. This is the average. I think I've seen it as low as 52%. At that point, the surrounding air has a greater capability of withholding moisture than these little gel balls can pull from it. So, if you want the humidity consistently below 55%, these won't work.

Convenient dehumidifier with built in electrical plug to dry beads.
Have been using these dehumidifiers for years and they work well. The build in plug is convenient for drying the beads. This arrived with the beads already orange (dry). I’m not sure the unit would be dry after sitting at a warehouse before being purchased, so I plugged it into the outlet to dry them just in case. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the beads never changed colors and are always orange so you might have to just plug the unit in every few weeks.
