All round good product
Very easy to use, and is very secure in terms of the plastic it is in. The different sizes are perfect for a nice nail design as finger sizes vary. I absolutely love it and it lasts long as there are many gems. The tweezers come in very handy to. Nice aesthetics on the pen.

Dissatisfied
The clear ones are cheap looking with uneven surfaces on many of the backs. The 'picker' does not hold onto the crystals they drop off easily. No shine to the clear ones, look like cheap plastic. Not value for money and difficult to work with when they keep falling of the applicator and you are constantly hunting around for where they landed. Not recommended by this customer
