I used to struggle with uncomfortable pillows and would end up getting a sore neck. This pillow is perfect for side and back sleepers. Just turn the pillow to have a lower or higher side. It keeps my neck in good alignment and i no longer flex my neck when sleeping.

I got the pillow to help ease my neck pain but this made it worse. I couldn't get comfortable with it.

This pillow has the thickness of a heating pad and It smells awful I will give it 1 star only because it was delivered on time The company should pull this item

I knew my pillow situation was bad, and my neck troubles were getting out of control. I'm just over 30 and should not be in this much pain. I received this pillow as a gift and I was definitely excited, but I never imagined I would have so much relief so quickly! A single night sleep took down my pain by 90%. Now, a week later, I've felt even more improvement. I feel like tackling my daytime posture is no longer a lost cause due to pain and bad sleeping positions. Definitely a happy customer.I can make myself fall asleep when uncomfortable, but I would imagine that for a lot of people the weird hardness and shape of this might take some getting used to. Stick with it! It's worth making the adjustment!

Got it today. you can tell pillow was return by another customer. pillow case was not in bag and was full of hair.. Hair on the pillow as well...very very disappointed.

Pillow never expanded out even after a week of sitting out. It is still compressed flat. contacted seller several times with no response.
