Be a Real Estate Millionaire: How to Build Wealth for a Lifetime in an Uncertain Economy Paperback – September 23, 2009

Dean Graziosi seems to be the only legitimate real estate guru out there today. All the others want to sell you their book, or initial information cheaply, then all they want to do is keep up-selling you more and more junk for hundreds or even thousands of dollars, from seminars, to home study programs to weekend-long "boot-camps!" Dean is different. I bought his "Think A Little Different" course off a TV info-mercial last week BEFORE I even bought his book. The book is great to get you started. He even says right in the book that you are welcome to continue your education with his courses, etc..., but he also tells you that the book is all you need to get started! The book steps you through your first real estate transaction and lays the foundation for a successful real estate investing career. I have tried Carleton Sheets and Ron Legrand with no success at all, but Dean Graziosi is the REAL DEAL!

I have been investing in real estate for 10 yrs and I thought this book was another blah blah blah piece of junk, but its not. This is the type of book I was looking for 10 yrs ago but couldn't find. Very useful and I highly recommend getting his other book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" that one is exceptional, changed how I run my business!If you are a beginner I highly recommend this book you will learn alot.  Profit From Real Estate Right Now!: The Proven No Money Down System for Today's Market

Book is worth a read. I liked how it inspires you to make a positive change, how to make the best most productive use of your time, and how to break away from negative thoughts. The parts that were unrealistic were in moving from house to house for a couple of years at a time while you renovate the house or while the value increases which would be pretty disruptive for me since I have 4 kids. Also, some of the financing options are just not around anymore or have decreased dramatically since the subprime lending strategy/tragedy has been forced to end. Nowadays almost every bank wants to see 20% down on investment property or will not give a loan in excess of current appraised value, unless you can prove 2 years positive flow on real estate investments. I am not sure how else it can be done, but I am halfway to that point! The book is worth the read though, I liked the inspirations.

This is the one source that anyone needs to achieve unlimited wealth! This very simple to understand book gives the reader step by step instructions how to navigate the real estate market, regardless of the condition it's in. Dean also gives you access to a very comprehensive website that offers numerous support topics and forums. He definitely under promises and over delivers! Here's to your success!

Typical ra-ra let's get rich for the first 2/3rds of the book with no substanceLet me be clear: there are no specific details or instructions in this book.Some good ideas that are acknowledged, but not thoroughly explained are:1) Lease options2) The idea of reaching out to homeowners facing foreclosure or short-sale and negotiating directly with them to avoid the foreclosure process by catching up their mortgage payments and buying them out or buying the lien directly from the bank... but the content is incomplete and incoherent

Tons of repetition in here but still has some valuable insights into real estate investments. Dean does make it seem way too easy though.

If you wanna learn more about real estate dean graziosi is the man you need to have as a mentor hes been through the steps and became successful
