Black paint was chipped off when I received it.
I have many Old World ornaments and have never had one with the color chipped.I received this one with 1/3 of the black gone.

Don't buy this
The dumbbell looks cheap and it came broken, my husband had to crazy glue the top. Didn't want to return it because we needed it for a party the following weekend. So terrible... at least paint it properly.
