Leviton 15 Amp, 120/277 Volt, Toggle Single-Pole AC Quiet Switch, Extra Heavy Duty Grade, Self Grounding, 1201-2W, White

I needed something for electrical boxes by a KOI pond. Filter, heater, aerator, pump and misc plug-ins were in use at one time or another so I installed two boxes of four receptacles. Each box used one switch but the cheap switches from the local retailer were lightweight and didn't work well. These switches work, feel solid and meet the need 100%. (note everything is inside of in-use weatherproof boxes).

I use RED switches for garbage disposals, so that the disposal switch is distinguishable from other normal colored switches for kitchen lights.

I installed this to be able to quickly identify which switch was for my garbage disposal. It works fine. It's got a sharp snap action appears to be well made. It doesn't match my other Leviton light switches very well but being able to quickly pick out the switch which can activate something capable tearing off my hand, is nice.

Using for Deposal switch. No more guessing as to which switch is which.

Replaced two switches with these. These are quiet, although I don't know why that is important, clicks right into place when turning on, but you have to make sure you turn them all of the way off since they do not click into place in the off position. Otherwise, they work well. No complaints.

Helps our visitors know what the switch is for! I even hooked up the light and installed a red bulb.
