They come in those cool air pouch things and arrived in perfect condition. The taste is delicious and doesn't overpower the food. Perfect for high temp cooking. I put it in my oil sprayer and had no problems with it spraying. I saw a video where a Doctor recommended this and another brand after they did purity and freshness testing. Most brands were already rancid or mixed with cheaper oils. This was the brand I found on Amazon so I got the better value 2 bottle deal since I use Avacado oil for almost all of my cooking and go through it fast.
