This product is perfect for my "mature" cat. She loves it & it's good for her.

Good news, the cat eats it and seems to like it. Bad news, the case of food that was shipped to me looked great until I took the cans out of the shrink wrap. All the cans had dented bottoms and all the cans bottoms were covered with dried on cat food. In my opinion, this case of food was a repackaged case of salvaged cans from damaged cases of wet cat food. So, although the cans had some minor dents on the bottoms (you could only see this once unpacked), not an issue since these cans had no leaks. The major issue was that I had to wash each and every can (24) to remove the dried on cat food residue. I hope future purchases will not require this clean up.

Great. Was getting just the regular cans of blue buffalo - healthy gourmet for a couple months, I have two cats, one is 9 and the second one is 10 years old. They seemed to like what i was getting for them, but the smell is just terrible!!! It really smelled like something rotted. So I tried this one FREEDOM -(for Mature cats) and wow my cats are going insane over this one LOL - doesn't have too bad of a small like that other one I had, and my cats both act like they been starving for days when its time to eat this, LOLHope it stays good for them, keeps them healthier for their ages and a bit cheaper to purchase too : )

I bought this for an older cat was losing weight to supplement her diet. She loves it as do the other cats. It is a somewhat better quality food than most of what is on the market, but, lets face it, highly processed food is not good for anyone. Meat and other ingredients are never identified by the manufacturer and they never reveal how the ingredients are processed. You always see a long list of synthetic ingredients on pet food labels because by the time they get done processing with very high heat several times there is no nutritional value left in the food. Over 90% of the vitamins and minerals sold in the US are processed in china. They don't have to state that on the label because it is only processing.The FDA continues to lower the standards for pet "feed." The industry actually runs itself with little government oversight. I would feed raw food if I could afford it. That is truly what cats and dogs eat naturally.

This is great food it is the only food that I have found that my can't does not throw up. My cat throws up on dry food and wet food . I add a little bit of organic pumpkin. Pumpkin helps keep the moisture in their body when they have diarrhea and they are throwing up .I will keep on buying this wet food because he loves it and he doesn't throw up anymore if any of your animals are throwing up and having diarrhea always add pumpkin I get the organic caned and I added to my dogs and cats food everyday! The pumpkin actually save my cat's life when the doctors wanted to put her down.

Corporate greed is rampant and Blue Buffalo made sure to jump on the train early. The food is good, but the company couldn't care less about the cost their greed has on customers.

Been feeding this to a 14 year old cat and he does really well on it. He has gained weight and seems peppier. We also had an older cat that was dying and we blended this food up and syringe fed her. It worked well for that too. Good value on the case compared to other like brands. Like that it is grain free. Would totally repurchase.

I highly recommend Indoor Mature Freedom Grain-Free ,Chiken Recipe, for senior cats who needs low protein diet.Before we switched to wet food our cat (15yo) would throw up his dry food every other time right after he ate, drink frequently and urinate so much volume, finally stopped eating dry food.Our Vet had done blood test on him and recommended to switch to low protein diet(dry or wet). We were hesitant to spend more money for further testings since this well could be as a result of him being old and so as his kidney.After trying a few wet food from Blue Buffalo, this seems like the best overall ingredients ( lots of vitamins, omega3&6,etc) 7%protein, best of all our cat has been very healthy, no throw ups, bleeding and so much appetite!
