Comfortable and supportive.
These post-surgical shoes are very comfortable and really support your foot. The bottom is thick enough to actually protect your foot and works perfectly with an athletic shoe on the other foot. I purchased a more expensive pair of surgical shoes called Vive that were thin-soled and uncomfortable. I am so happy I returned them and got these more comfortable, supportive shoe. I can walk normally with these which I could not do with the VIVE shoe. I wear a 6-6 1/2 shoe and the small is a perfect fit. Hope this helps you select the right shoe.

Comfortable & supportive footwear for post-op foot surgery
My surgeon transitioned me from a walking boot to a Darco Shoe approximately 6 weeks after foot surgery. Much to my surprise it fits snuggly and is a comfortable as well as supportive option while my foot continues to heal. As for sizing, I typically wear a size 7B so I ordered both the Women's Small & Medium and the Small fit perfectly whereas the Medium left far too much room by the open toebox.

Works great and is comfortable (considering my toe was painful and broken lol)
I wear a size 6.5. The small was a perfect fit. If you have a 7 or higher go up a size. The shoe is great and comfortable. Way better then the one the urgent care gave me. Was easy to use.

Very comfortable with decent support
I really like this post-op shoe. I normally wear a U.S. women's size 6.5. My foot is 9.5 inches long. The women's size small was perfect. The shoe is easy to adjust for wearing with socks and no socks and helps stabilize the foot and adds cushioning to the heel area. I am using it for recovery from a fractured 4th metatarsal bone near the front of my foot. It does not completely prevent pain in my foot while walking (I didn't expect that it would). But it definitely helps. I showed it to a podiatrist who said it should do the job. The heel height is a good match for my sneaker that I wear on the other foot. I liked this one so much I am buying a second one to keep in my car.

NO FOOT PAIN!!!!
I had to wear these when I broke both of my feet. After my feet were healed I found myself going back to these shoes whenever my feet started to hurt. Years later, I still wear them occasionally. I bought some for a friend who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and she wears them every day. She says they "pamper" her feet. And that makes me happy!!

Ugh no
You will likely reject this purchase, you're better off getting a foot massage on Groupon.

Comfort
I don't like the fit or straps. It rubbed a sore on my foot. I like the one with the blue sole.

Es funcional pero no para metatarsianos, es por mucho mejor la bota
