This pouch appears to be constructed well. My canteen and cup fit as intended. I haven't had a chance to test it in the field yet.

I love these as I am "Old School" as it goes to a "Tactical Rig". I do add two stitches to the snap to keep the snaps closed on a rig I wear when performing Security Services work in hostile areas.

This pouch has both good points and bad points, because it is designed as a multipurpose pouch and not solely dedicated for the canteen.The BAD points?1) It is not nearly as well insulated as older ALICE canteen covers (although that DID add some weight, especially when wet). The flap does not provide good coverage on the sides near the top and the cap. The older styles wrapped AROUND the neck, and the only part of the canteen that wasn't insulated was the cap.2) The flap also tends to get in the way if you decide to use only the web yoke for retention and not the flap UNDER the yoke. I've tried rolling the flap and storing it behind the canteen, and even putting the flap down inside the cover, but that makes getting the canteen cup a bit of a pain to remove easily. I've been tempted to just cut the flap away and heat-seal the edge on one of them (I bought 3).The GOOD points?1) It's MOLLE-capable. ALICE clips WILL attach to MOLLE webbing, but they allow a LOT of gear movement and sometimes have this nasty habit of opening at the most inopportune time. Most of today's gear is MOLLE/PALS equipped, so that was the first requirement when I went looking for canteen pouches.2) It IS a multipurpose pouch. It was designed for canteens but will hold a standard E-tool, can be used as a dump pouch, and any number of things your mind can envision.3) It has a pocket on both sides of the pouch. They are designed for water purification tablets, but can hold a number of things. REALLY old pouches didn't have a pocket, the last ALICE-style issue had one (and it was TINY). These are roomy and easy to access. I use them to keep a couple of pre-measured Gatorade powder in mini-grip bags, and mix them in a quart bottle that (wonder of wonders!) happens to fit NICELY in the canteen pouch.This unbiased review was made even though I paid full price for these items and didn't receive them gratis or at discount. I wish some of you vendors WOULD send me free stuff to evaluate, ESPECIALLY those of you in the camping/hiking/kayaking industry... ;)

Excellent!These Five-Star pouches are a welcome addition to my pack (purchased 2). They are massive inside, big enough to fit my canteen and it’s insulating (thick) cover. The pouch also has two small pockets, one on each side for smaller survival items, etc. A panel folds over the top of the canteen and locks into a clip down onto the pouch. Mine are so secure in the pouches that they don’t slip or move at all when suddenly jerking around or running with them attached to your pack. The material is not thick, so it will not insulate against the heat or cold. But, like I said above, the generous size allows an insulator to be added if desired.

I bought this to use for the field in the military and hooked it to my assault pack. Worked exactly as intended. Would definitely buy it again if I needed another canteen to hook to my pouch. MOLLE webbing matched the pack perfectly.

It's usable, it has a couple of issues which definitely need some addressing, the most pressing of which is the flap issue...with the canteen by itself it actually sits quite nicely, however, whoever designed the pouch didnt design it with a canteen cup and lid inside of the pouch as well as it makes the pouch cover take up 3 more inches of the strap down and it doesnt sit nicely at all, in fact if you were to hit the cover it would fall to the side and u risk your canteen falling out if your pack goes sideways, additionally the insolation isnt there anymore since majority of the bottle is exposed, that's just poor design since canteens typically are used with canteen cups to save space.*****The saving grace for the above issue is that the pouch has built in tightening cords that are MEANT to tighten on your bottle, but I discovered you can pull them over the lid of your canteen or bottle and it will keep it from moving around at all so u can have the thing unbuckled and upside down and it wouldnt budge, if that wasnt there this product would be 1 or 2 stars.The next issue is the buckle.... this thing feels like its made of the cheapest plastic ever and that its about to crack and shatter, not only that but if you gently pull on it..or yank...or anything the fastening strap for the cover that keeps it tight will loosen... once again you risk your canteen falling out... use the tightening loops that fixed the above issue or you're going to lose your canteen. lolThe 3rd issue which isnt as bad is the molle straps... they seem to be off by just a little distance wise between each, you can still attach it to a genuine USMC assault pack or anything of the sort without problems, but it is noticeable when weaving and Im afraid if you attempt it on a nonstandard molle thing, like another made in china knockoff, it might not weave right.

This is a great addition to have if you owned a canteen. The quality feels solid, those side pockets are a little too small but it is ok. Most of all it fits my Oasis canteen.

It looked half-way decent for the money, but as I unsnapped the MOLLLE strap to remove the card stock, the snap separated from the rivet. Opened it up and tested the fit for a HK91 drum. It fit fine, but when I pulled it out so came the thread.Maybe it was a one-off, but I called it a lesson learned.

If you are still rocking the issued canteen cup and haven't migrated to either a Nalgene or a Camelback this is for you. This pouch has durable, built in MOLLE strapping and will hold different sized canteens. Buy it.

This is a great canteen pouch. If you buy this without seeing others you might think this is just o.k. (Which I thought). I bought other canteen carriers like Maxpedition with extra outside pouches thinking it was better. But I realised this pouch is wider than others so it can carry a variety of canteens with their nesting cups. The other canteens carriers that had extra side pouches actually had a smaller main pouch where I had to struggle taking out the canteen and nesting cup. The plastic buckle has a little bit longer strap to allow it to fit over the canteen. This has been the best deal so far as other platforms (e.g. eBay) had excessive shipping. I definitely recommend this and would buy this again.

ポーチの上蓋をポーチ内側へたくし込み、蓋、カップ&ストーブ、水筒の順に入れベルト先のバックルを差し込み水筒を固定します水筒を取り出したい時はバックルをパチンと外すだけポーチ底面には水抜き穴が開いておりもし万が一にも水筒が漏れても大丈夫スチール製カップの内側にある水筒が壊れる事はまずないですが壊れてもカップ内に水が残るので水に困る事は無いでしょうこの手の商品は元々軍物という事もあり柄は迷彩柄が多くていかにもミニタリーっぽい雰囲気で合わせずらかったついでにジェネラルパーパスポーチとして水筒入れ以外の用途にも使えますその用途で使う時は上蓋を使って中身が落ちないようにしましょう
