Needs Heavy Modifications for Chickens
I painted it, added a roost, staked it down, added a flat heater, added rain protection for food and sleeping quarters, put 2x4’s underneath to strengthen and to slow rot, covered patios... This coop is more for roosters or meat birds. It has no nesting boxes so it’s probably not good for egg layers. A better option for layers is Amazon’s: LAZY BUDDY Chicken Coop, 41” Wooden Chick Cage with Egg Box, Indoor and Outdoor Use Chicken Coop with Waterproof Roof for Chicken and Other Pets (Medium)

Cute
This is a small coop, please pay attention to dimensions. Its perfect as a transitional coop for chickens until they grow up for the "adult" one. It was very easy to put together. We like cute colors. We had it already for a few months of outdoor use with rains and so on, and it looks good. May be good for small animals (rabbits, etc). I don't think that adult hens will find it comfortable.

Perfect bunny cage for the garden or patio!
Very happy! We rescued a sweet bunny (left in a box at the park) and bought this a year ago. It is perfect! I just got another bunny and it is a female so we just bought a second cage. The two identical cages look great together in my garden. I lay sod down on the bottom and I put a lot of hay in the upstairs. We actually cut an extra piece of wood to place in the window in the wintertime to keep the bunnies warm at night.

for the price it fits our needs
This is a well designed product, but it could be a little more sturdy. I pulled one of the hinges loose moving it a few feet from it's original position in the yard after the pets had been in it a few days. I was able to remove the hinge and locate it next to it's original spot and it works fine. I am much more careful now when needing it moved. requires 2 grown ups. we have two small rabbits and they seem happy enough in it. I don't expect it will stand up to Texas weather for more than 6-12 months, but it's a good start and great for now. Our 4 year old is learning to have pets and about daily feeding/care and this is perfect for that.

Easy to assemble and rabbits love it.
This was just as described. My rabbits absolutely love it, and my 7 and 10 year old assembled it in under 40 minutes. It's incredibly sturdy. We're very happy with it! The only thing I wish it had was a little ramp coming down from the doors in the upstairs so that the rabbits could get out of the cage on their own when they want to explore. I have younger rabbits, and they aren't quite ready to make the leap, though I'm sure they will as they get bigger.

Affordability, easy to assemble.
The cage is perfect for our bunny. It has saved us a lot of trouble since the bunny like to run away and get out of the other cage. Much better. We are happy.

Not suitable for chickens
This should not be described as a “chicken coop” at all. It is a rabbit house. Not meant for chickens (maybe 2 or 3 bantam but they won’t have a roost). It was really easy to put together and it is an extremely cute house. All the parts were there and labeled. It is just not meant for chickens. No roosting or nesting area or even a place to make a roosting area. I wasted my money. Now I just have a really tiny, but cute, rabbit house in my yard. If only I had rabbits instead of chickens :(
