It is working great for now...
It is working great for now but there was no USB cable sent with it to charge it when battery goes dead. I'm also no sure what size cable is needed so I can go buy one.

Go ahead and buy it.
I don't like to rent the machine from the water company. Most of the time I dont need it ice cold or hot so these are great for me. I bought two now and they both last for a long time on a charge. As far as longevity who knows. I will see and certainly follow up if there is a failure.

Third one of these and not as good
I've been using these water pump dispensers at home and at work. This is the third one I have purchased. It looks just like the first two I bought, but this one pumps the water much slower than the others. I find these water pump dispensers easy to use and a great value compared to the traditional cooler stand type dispensers.

Works pretty well, good price
I have only been using this about a month. So far, I have only charged it one time and we use it all day long. It's easy for the kids to use. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that it is a bit loud. Other than that, it works great.

I had a full sized water dispenser which only lasted a couple of years. If I get even 1 year out of this, I will be thrilled.It works as described. I have had it a week and only charged it once so far. I use it to fill up my kettle and a Keurig coffee maker. At this time I am impressed with the water pump. It's not "loud" as some wrote, but there is a motor sound. It doesn't detract from the product. I took one star away because the instructions were missing, it doesn't fit as snugly as I believe it should, and the spout could be a bit longer to allow me to fill a container without having to hold it so close. But it's only $20 so these things are forgivable. Recommended.
