Have bought this about 4 times also got my son in law onto it I wouldn't buy any other its quality

Bought as I wanted to do a North African inspired slow cooked shoulder of lamb. I used the za'atar along with rose tahini, garlic, lemon and rosemary to rub and season the lamb, covered in foil then slow cooked for 5 hours. It was amazing! The aroma whilst it was cooking was so nice, and the gravy from the drippings had a nice gentle but full kick to it. I've since used it in lamb-burger recipes and as rubs on other meats as well as using it in a fajita recipe as a change. Would definitely recommend

Loved the flavours

I used this to flavour up a couscous dish. I was originally going to make my own, but I’m so glad I didn’t. I couldn’t replicate this it’s stunningly good.

Made a Nigel Slater chicken recipe with this. I used less than advised and it was delicious. For a hotter marinade use recommended amount.
