For the price it worths every penny
I like the size of the tablets and is very affordable too. Also, I purchased this to use as precautionary measure from having swollen prostate.

Active ingredients.
I need to be sure my compromised immune system is being supported by an easily-absorbed, active form of Zinc.This is one of the most reliable forms of Zinc I could find and offers both reassurance of quality and great value. These mighty little tablets work for me. Thank you.

Reservations....
Not certain but I think these give me a stomach ache. Also they say only for 18 yes and over so not suitable for younger members of the family. Easy to swallow. I haven't taken very many yet though.

It's Zinc and it does what zinc should do. Ignore any confusion on the product stating 'zink', this is how zinc is spelt in German.

Really liked these.This time round I ordered a Zinc supplement that has Copper included as I now know it’s important to take the two together to not create an imbalance.Zinc and a tiny amount of copper must be taken together in a combined supplement…
