Loads up to stated weight limits are easily transported on level ground. I have to negotiate grades up to 20% when hauling firewood, and the cart is a big help, as long as I don't overload it. With a properly balanced load, the rear swivel wheel makes for easy, stable maneuvering. Shipping was prompt, assembly was straightforward with the instructions provided. I got this to replace my DR gas powered cart. I'm a very active 75 year old senior petite lady who is less than 5' tall ! I don't have the strength I used to have and needed something I didn't have to push or pull. I have five horses at home and that means about 2 hours every morning feeding and then picking up poop and moving it to the end of my property. I have people who come and pick up the poop for use in their gardens. I needed a cart I didn't have to push.This cart is awesome !!!I just wish there was the option of having a 12 inch high plastic tub to use to hold the manure. I had a black tub that was used for mixing concrete in and it fits on top of the side racks and is easy to dump but its only about 8" deep so more trips back and forth... I've also used it as a flatbed with the tub on top and the weight of the manure keeps it pretty much in place as long as I'm on flat even ground.I like the battery lights that warn me when its getting low. I keep one battery on the charger while the other one is in use. Since its been really hot here, I've had to do some of my manure pickup when the sun goes down when its cool enough for me to be outside. I use a flashlight that I had that clamps onto the handle at the top where the battery lights are and use that to light my way picking up and dumping. Works for me ! I found some heavy duty magnets at Harbor Freight and use those to hold a wrench in case I need to tighten up clamps on my horse panels. I "improvise" quite a bit !!Recommendations would be to:1) add a light to the middle of the handles so it can be used at night and2) also make the switch for "forward" and "reverse" LIGHTED/ILLUMINATED like the battery level is you know in the dark if you are in forward or reverse !!3) replace or have as an option solid bottom and side rails instead of the open wire type. The optional accessory offered is too expensive and wouldn't work for damp or wet manure or dirt.When I had my hay delivered the workers used this cart to move the bales from their trailer to my storage area. They transported two bales at a time... didn't try for three but probably could have. They were so impressed they asked me to send the the information to maybe buy one ! They had their own dollies to use, but used my cart instead !!I'll try and update this review with pictures of my "battery light" attachment, magnet and the tub in use. !

update: added a star...the powerwagon has been handy and reliable, i use it every second day for hauling feed and its been a big help....i've also rigged up a towed wagon-and-seat arrangement for long jobs... i can ride the wagon and steer from the seat which works pretty well as long as the seat is low and weight-and-ballast is arranged correctlythe item arrived....2 bolts were missing, the axles were rusted and the key slots painted over...it was straightforward to assemble in about an hour for 2 handy and mechanical people....printed instructions were adequate....it had some plastic clips that were included for no reason and others that were useless for their function but it was easily compensated.....i rate the build quality as average and about 3 out of 5.the batteries charged promptly and the item worked without any major flaws.....it is narrow of track but stable enough at low speed, it steers easily and stops instantly and is useful for medium loads on level ground only. When loaded up the acceleration and top speed fall off quickly but the power wagon is a useful aid to reduce work load and make the day more productive with less fatigue.it could have used a tow bar for pulling and some kind of very simple basic towed seating accessory to convert it into a riding power cart, but its useful as it is for level properties with firm ground. I wanted to give it better than 3 out of 5 but the missing parts and the rusty axles prevented it....just a lack of attention to detail at the factory.

Does big jobs and carries heavy weights. It arrived with a couple of the wire mesh places broken but still very usable. (Packed broken, not damaged during shipping.) The cotter pins are large but one has fallen off during early use and was lost. The latch that releases the dump mechanism was at a wrong angle and had to be bent to avoid running into the handle. Would barely hook on when attached and would dump the load before it was forcefully bent so it would latch correctly.Otherwise, everything went together fairly smoothly. Directions were not clear enough for some of the assembly. (Which way the tires should be mounted. ) Don't want air input nozzle towards the inside.) Perfect strong packing of the unit. !!!!The biggest suggestion for this unit would be on how the speed control works. It needs to have set levels of speed settings as it goes too fast on full speed and very hard to keep the unit from going too fast or too slow. The variable switch is very hard to keep at the right speed.Other suggestion would be to make the grate twice as thick, as it can break.Super machine and highly recommend!! Saves so much muscle work. Amazon has the best price !!

Purchased this cart to replace a 20-year old manual pull type of similar design. Pleased with new cart. Large wheels help to go over obstacles, even door thresholds. Cart bottom and sides are small steel tubing with bracing. Appear strong. Only had it a couple weeks. Hauled 250 pounds of soil bags on slightly sloped terrain with no problem. Dump mechanism is well designed. You can shift the load to make it very easy to dump. Hauled multiple buckets of water to some small trees. Worked well. Purchased the basket liner, which is heavy duty fabric and well made.
