For years I was using a more expensive braid but after a few mishaps, not of my own doing, I thought I would try a cheaper braid. After some research I decided on Hercules. I haven't been disappointed. It's as strong as the more expensive braids but less than half the price. I will be purchasing it again.

Easy to see line movements on the reel due to the colours

The line it self is strong ( as advertised) nice but I got the wrong one because my rod produces to much tension on the line while casting to it snaps during a stronger cast

I am using this fishing line to help with my weaving . With normal wool / cooton / acrylic yarns it very easy when weaving to pull the sides in a bit, so that e.g. a scarf starting at say 250mm ( 10" ) wide can easily pull into 230mm wide. The fishing line because it does NOT stretch helps to keep the sides of my weaving srtraight, and the size I want. It is always under some tension andf it does the job I want it to.

This is great fishing line and I have used it for years. Super strong and you can't beat the price! The only issue I've ever had with it, is it will fade but honestly that's not really a big concern for me. It still holds enough of the color to see it well. It really is some of the best braid in a budget.Most of the time my spools come in together but this go around the spool was broken. That's not Hercules fault just bad handling by shipping which is why it still got 5 stars from me.

Exactly as stated, quick delivery, as strong as Fireline at a fraction of the cost! Perfect for bead weaving!!!!
