Does the costume come with the hat?

It came with a hat that I found to be too small. I purchased a much larger one so that my eyes were covered.

I wore a Large. I am 5'10" and weigh 210 lbs. Athletic build. It fit great.

Does the vest go all the way around the back?

No the blue vest hangs over the front only

You might want to get the X-Large. I got the standard size costume. I'm 5'10" and about 180 lbs with a 32-34 waist. I hope this helps.
