Used these to provide lifting point on a 1/2 ton safe. Worked well. been sitting out in the open since on a workbench and the finish still looks as good as when purchased. Definately worth it

Nicely forged and machined.Heavy duty eye bolt can support 2,400 pounds of weight. Measures just over 4 inches in total.But I do need to point out that these eye bolts need to be painted if they are going to be used in an outdoor situation because they will rust. I recommend you paint them as soon as you get them because I've found that they will begin to pit in almost any circumstance.Currently I'm using it on my gun safes that are secured in my truck with a chain. Even though the eye bolt is not exposed to weather conditions it is starting to rust. That's a little disappointing.Otherwise highly recommendedUpdate 7-3-23- I've upgraded all of the shoulder eyebolts that are on my Fort Knox safes to the 3/4 inch version. Took some drilling and fitting but well worth the effort. Great for installing racing seat belts.

Strong little bugger, forged.

This eyebolt is very durable as we used it to pick up pallets that are quite heavy. We have no way of getting a weight of the pallet but it is over 100# for sure. The threds are nicely formed and there are no sharp edges.

Works like it should pulling main caps out of ariel compressors

My use only requires about 100 pounds of lift.Appears to very well made and very nice thread quality.
