The best ice pack ever!
I discovered this when going to physical therapy. It is very durable, yet flexible, and stays cold for quite a while.

Best ice pack ever, will never puchase anything else. Had it 3 yrs, buying more
I love this cervical cold therapy flat pack. I have never used it for heat, I only use it for cold therapy.I have had it for about 3 years now and I have NEVER had anything better. It is soft and flexible so it can be formed to fit around any body area. I use it for neck/shoulder pain and muscle spasms due to herniated discs. I also have used this on various other body areas, such as lumbar and because of its shape it it great for a lot of different areas, and my husband uses it as well.I am on here to purchase more sizes now and so I have another pack to alternate after this one gets too warmed up.I used to be an athlete and have had many injuries and have used many different types of ice packs - this is hands down the best I have ever used and I will never buy anything else.I keep this on the top drawer of the freezer and don't place other items on top of it (to prevent damage). I also keep it in the freezer wrapped in 1-2 tea towels to prevent punctures, and then I can just apply straight to the painful areas with the towels in place. Tea towels are the perfect amount of thickness to protect both the pack in the freezer and my skin during therapy.

Great for Anywhere. Flexible, Lasting, Comfortable, Tough.
First found this after surgery after trying others. The shape is multifunctional and comfortably applied to knees, shoulders, wrists, neck and face. It's tough, we have used it many times without signs of wear. It stays cold, contains more coolant and isn't as stiff as many others. Will buy this brand again.

Torex Mojility packs are a fantastic product for applying cold to body parts
Cold application has always worked well for me in terms of pain management. For icing some part of my body (head-migraine, knee, neck, back) I have always had to use an old fashioned ice bag. This is because standard cold packs never seemed to get cold enough, hold the cold long enough, or they were frozen stiff and I couldn't really mold them well enough to apply them properly. Ice bags are nice, but can be cumbersome to fill and hold in place, and for me they would eventually leak or the rubber would break down. These Torex Mojility packs solve all of this. They are really wonderful. I like them so much I have returned to purchase all three sizes at this point. They live in my freezer in ziploc bags ready to use. To be clear, I have not used them to apply heat, and cannot comment on that. However as an icing tool, they stay incredibly cold for a long period of time (how long depends on what size) and even fresh out of the freezer they are still pliable to work with whatever body part I am trying to ice. I use a thin towel when using them to protect my skin, and when done I dry them off and smooth them out before putting them back in the ziploc bag into their spot in the freezer to get cold again. I take care of them because when I need them, I want them ready. For me, these really have been a game changer and I can't recommend them enough.

I am a normal everyday person who spends a lot of time with a painful neck and back
I would like to correct my statement about how cold this pack gets.....If you put this in the freezer, then it will get extremely cold. You MUST wrap it in a towel or it will give you a cold burn. I've only kept it in the freezer once. I took it out, wrapped it, and laid down with it beneath my neck. It stayed cold for about 2 and a half hours. If you keep it in the refrigerator, then it will stay cold for about 30-40 min. I keep it in the refrigerator so I can just pull it out and hang it on my neck. I have LOVED it.I am not a doctor, therapist or masseuse. I am a normal everyday person who spends a lot of time with a painful neck and back. What I’ve been using…..I thought I was saving money by using Clay packs that can go both cold and hot. Well it may do both, but you end up using it for one or the other. They will stay hot or cold for about 30 min. However, it doesn’t stay on your neck and when it is cold it doesn’t mold to the area. It seems to get worse as the pack ages. So, I found another cold/heat gel pack that was made specifically for the neck. I don’t remember the brand but it came from Walgreens. It is comfortable to wear and stays on your neck. However, it only holds heat or cold for about 10 min, which is not very long. Then I borrowed a cold pack from a friend and that’s when I decided to get the Torex pack. The Torex pack…..It works great and is worth every penny you spend! When you pull it out of the freezer, it is very pliable and molds to the area very well. It is made of a thick plastic so I think it will hold up very well. My sister and I were surprised that you can actually keep it in the refrigerator, or the freezer. To me, it is only slightly colder when it comes out of the freezer. In both situations, it will stay cold much longer than the clay pack. The cervical pack will wrap and mold to your neck. It is heavy enough that it will stay around your neck as long as you don’t make any sudden movements. It is more expensive then something you would find in Wal-mart. However, it works better and, I believe, will last longer as well. In fact, I have liked it so much, my sister has a neck pack, my parents have a 10 x 13 pack each, and I plan on getting a 10 x 13 for myself.

Almost perfect for shoulder.
Very nice. Soft and flexible, unlike some that have a plastic outer material that does not lay well on the body. Stays cold for a good 30+ minutes. I needed to use two layers of cloth between the cold pack and my skin. While it says for neck, I use it for my shoulder following surgery. My only gripe has to do with not finding something that really goes all around the shoulder rather than just on top. But this was the easiest to use.

Great product to provide comfort after an injury
After foot surgery, needed a way to apply ice to a very specific area. The unique shape and ease of "molding" made it possible to provide the needed therapy.

Best kind of ice pack
This is the best kind- it stays cold for a long time, and i's soft and pliable. It's so good, someone stole it off the floor after I had brain surgery. I ordered the exact same kind again.
