Does this device support ndi hx? or is it ndi full ony? i'm looking for the converter for my ptzoptics cameras

Magewell website indicates it's NDI/NDI|HX. A caution about this convertor, I am using it to decode NDI from an iMac, and the audio is distorted and crackles, and Magewell has yet to determine what is causing this.

Can i use this to get an ndi signal from my imac and convert it to an hdmi signal to my bmd switcher to run lyrics on my livestream?

Yes. You just need to make sure that your software on the iMac can send and NDI signal. The new version of pro presenter enables this by default.

Would this work for adding an NDI camera as a webcam?

If you want to use your PTZ camera as a webcam/camera source for video chat/conference, it may be possible I am not sure which NDI camera you have but most have either a HDMI or SDI output as well. If you have an HDMI output, you could use a HDMI to USB adapter such as the "Atomos Connect - Connect & Stream". If your camera has an SDI output you would need a SDI to HDMI converter that would go into the HDMI to USB adapter. That would allow your computer to use the camera as a video source for most video chat apps such as Zoom, Skype, and etc. I believe that is what you were asking about so I hope this helps.
