Crappy product and expired
These cartridges suck! Not only do the needles snag, no matter what depth you have them set at, but they arent web packed together as tightly as they should be... I wouldnt recommend for use on a client, not to mention they're expired anyways!!!

Too much tension
The tension in the 9RS membrane was super stiff. My machine was struggling to push it at 11 volts when it normally runs at 7-8. Thought is might be a fluke but another cartridge had same issue. Have no use for them.

HORRIBLE. DON'T PURCHASE
The media could not be loaded. This product is a low quality product. Most of the needles locked up in my gun or the needle popped out of casings.
