Either the platter was warped or the spindle was slightly askew..it was also very lightweight, which makes me think it would probably be subject to flutter. Honestly, I never got the chance to really test it because the anti-skate weight was clumsy to install and instead of helping with the tracking, I think it actually made the arm mis-track and skip as it reached the center grooves. The viscous damping on the lowering-lever was also cheap and VERY slow to descend. I had to push it a few times to get it to work properly.I'm a bit of a purist who once sold audio equipment many years ago, and I just wanted to get something with a decent AT cartridge to rip vinyl, and the Bluetooth capability seemed fun if I ever wanted to take it to a party. But this was a disaster. I was really suspect when I looked up the company and found out their specialty is making diaper bags.

I loved the look of this record player however the bluetooth doesn't work so it is pointless for me and I will be returning. put together the whole player and received a solid blue light from the bluetooth connection however no music plays!! I have tried on 4 different speakers I am disappointed because I was very excited for this product and amazon does not offer support for this product. loved the look but useless

I waited too long to set this up. There is no warranty and I am past the window for any kind of technical support. I purchased it 8 months ago and THERE IS NO WARRANTY. The Bluetooth will not work!! I have tried with two different JBL Flip speakers and the lights turn blue but there is no sound. I even did a hard reset on the speakers. I am so pissed because I bought this specifically for bluetooth capability.Now I have to go buy some speakers. Also, the arm does not do anything automatically. Seems like a cheap turntable.

Extremely excited about getting the record player, but after carefully setup and configuring, It was a letdown. I spent almost an hour unboxing and setting up to find that the Bluetooth didn't work. Tremendous let down, considering that this was the key reason for buying the player. Repacking was pain, and driving to the UPS store was depressing. Still waiting on the refund, and it's been over a week. I may try reordering it but giving it a little time to rework the courage.

Had been wanting a new player for my collection of vinyl records. Couldn’t have made a better choice! The set up was very easy and my favorite feature by far is the bluetooth capability. The sound quality is outstanding and based on the great quality of the product you can see that you get what you pay for. Can’t wait to use it during the holidays! Very satisfied with the choice I made.

Just what I wanted. A good quality turntable with the features I wanted. High quality item at a very reasonable price. Very rich sound even through Bluetooth speakers. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great starter turntable... way better than the Crossley variants on thre market.

The sound quality is very good when the phonograph is connected by hard wire. However, even though there was a paired Bluetooth connection no sound came from speakers, I had specifically purchased this product for its Bluetooth capacity. Paired with Bose speakers (no sound though) but not my Iphone. When viewing the Bluetooth connections all devices showed except the vinyl record unit. No technical assistance available. Other customer reviews also mentioned the same problem. Seems there is no fix.

Great sounding turntable! Lots of features with Bluetooth output. A little bit involved in setting proper downforce on cartridge and anti skate. Would be nice if it had auto stop and didn’t get a cartridge cover (was taped) but great turntable if your on a budget!

This is a nice beginner's record player. I was originally sent a package with a faulty counterweight, but I emailed their customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. While I think it does the job fairly well, I had to knock off two stars because the Bluetooth pairing on this record player is terrible. It doesn't pair with my headphones at all, and my Bose speakers often pick it up, only to kick it off, or have trouble pairing with it when other devices - like my phone or iPad are nearby.

Awesome sound. Very impressed by this unit. Exactly what I was looking for.
