L-Theanine was recommended to me by my neurologist a while ago (I suffer from severe, chronic migraines) as a way to help with anxiety; and it has been quite effective at helping with stress and improving my mood. This brand has worked as well, if not better, as any other I’ve tried, and the value is SO MUCH better. You get triple the amount or more for the same price as other sellers; and they are actually more potent than most as well (two capsules are 710 mg as opposed to 400mg)! I will definitely order them again!

i used to take an ambien every night to get to sleep but now by just taking two capsules at bedtime, i feel so relaxed and comfortable that i doze off with no problem. now i'm not saying it does the same as the Wonderful Ambien, but it really helps to put your mind at ease to fall asleep.
