I'm so glad I'd read the other reviews about these running small. I ordered a size up (XXL instead of XL) even though my measurements matched the ones for XL, and the XXL fits perfectly.I love that the sleeve is longer and comes down to just above the bend in my elbow. The other shoulder braces I have have very short sleeves that ride up into my armpit and press painfully on the inside of my upper arm. The length of this sleeve keeps it in place.The sleeve also breathes really well. I wore it outdoors in 105F temperatures to get some yard work done, and I was soaked in sweat when I came back inside. With my other braces, I have to take them off and hang them in front of a fan to get them to dry out, but not this brace. I never even took it off. The fabric wicked the moisture away from my skin and dried quickly on its own.My only issue is that the ends of the Velcro bands are sewn such that the ragged edges of plastic stick out around the edges and rub against my skin. I'm going to have to wrap some moleskin tape around them to cover up the pokey edges.

Had a complete shoulder replacement about 8 years ago, but recently had some pain again. Ortho indicated it was bursitis and recommended compression. This sleeve works better than any of the other shoulder compression rigs I've tried. I do have a couple of issues with it that prevent me from giving it a full 5 stars.1. Even the XXL is a bit small for me. I'm not huge, but am a full-sized adult male (53" chest / 18" bicep). Can get rather constricted around the bicep by the end of the day and the velcro closures used to adjust the size can get scratchy even through a tee shirt.2. Could use a slightly wider band around the chest, or a little more padding. Normally pretty comfortable, but can dig in just a bit by the end of the day.All in all, it's given me more relief than any other brace, and any medications.

Too small for my husbands biceps need xl

To small. Ordered an XL and it is still to small. Maybe it is a Chinese XL

The material seems like good quality and I like the feel of the fabric. However, I was expecting it to be an actual sleeve. But it isn’t a sleeve. The whole thing wraps around your arm and is secured with Velcro pieces that feel scratchy against your skin. Now I understand why everyone is complaining about the size being too small. Although the fabric is stretchy it is limited by the length of the short piece of velcro. You may be able to get it on but the moment you bend your arm or flex your bicep muscle, the short velcro pieces try to pop open.This would have been an excellent shoulder brace if it was made so you can slide your arm into the sleeve (like putting your foot into a sock). The arm would be snug in the sleeve and the strap would support the shoulder. I am returning it to see if I can find a brace that is a sleeve.

Bought this because it did not have all the extra flaps and pouches making it more comfortable to wear under clothes, that works well. The negative is the velcro, if you're just sitting around all is good but any physical exertion the velcro does not hold and frequently pops loose, already 1 of the arm tabs will not hold at all. Very disappointed even though it does help with my shoulder pain but I'm not one to sit around.

Ordered for dad, 6' tall and about 165# with a 10.5-11" bicep circumference IIRC. Ordered the right size from the chart and fitted it to him hoping for some relief from torn bicep tendon pain until surgical repair next month. Kinesiotape in a shoulder support pattern similar to this brace was helpful so I had high hopes. Dad says it's rather small (tight) and kind of short on his arm. Granted the purpose is to provide shoulder joint support, not down to the elbow support, but I was hopeful that it would do a little bit more. He says it is better than nothing and still wears it when he has heavy work to do outside, but found the tape to do a better job at overall pain relief with less restriction of function.

I chose this shoulder support over less expensive ones because I thought the materials and the structure would make it more comfortable to wear, while also allowing me the support and freedom of movement to do necessary activities such as barn chores and gardening. It did not disappoint! In fact, it is even more comfortable than expected - soft and well padded, so that I can wear it next to my skin with no pinching or chafing at all. The fabric even allows my skin to breathe. I am very pleased with this item.

Fits perfectly and very comfy. Just arrived today so will need time to test it’s effectiveness. This is my second one. The last one was a different make much cheaper but very ill fitting too bulky. However this one is perfect fit, worth the cost.

The sizing is not uniform. It is right for the shoulder cap but too tight for the bicept. I am not overly muscular so I got an extra large. I suspect an XXL would be too loose in the shoulderWhile this is better than the other brace the strap which goes around the body slides up and reduces the comfort.

I only had the option on Amazon for small . medium or xxl -. I bought medium - too small -returned , then had to go for xxl -too big . onpackaging it shows also size xl -ideal . but can only find it on Amazo US site . If AMAZON UK had put the size measurements on their site , this would have been obvious from the outsetSo ,please Ihave the XXL packed up redy to return to you but do not know how to obtain XL - help please
