Use for garden work professionally. Often kneel on gravel for several hours or on wet/muddy flower beds, standing up and then kneeling again hundreds of times a day.These pads are just the ticket.Flat fronted so stable on hard surfaces. Hard outer shell defies the sharpest of unseen flints hidden in the soil. Inner layer is soft and comfortable. The top and bottom velcro straps are so successfully well designed that these pads stay where you want them even when continually getting up and kneeling again.An absolute must for my type of work.First Class!!

I did a fair amount of research before deciding on 1 pair out of the three I ordered having worn through a number of pads in the past., either strapped or knee trouser pockets.I have large knees, both are a bit screwed after years of working on them so support and comfort were important factors in my choice.VUNIO brand knee pads,The first thing is they were large, great for me but may not suit others.The outer pads them selves are the hard shell cover type.Pay scant regard to claims like “ heavy duty “ or " professional ", it means very little.On first wearing them, on a ceramic tiled kitchen floor I found them to be very slippy but I reasoned with use the pads would get scratched and keyed and would improve but I will never know.I can make no comment on their comfort or durability as I returned them.The straps are a mixture of elastic and velcro and wide which makes for better comfort when wearing them.They were the most expensive of the three I tried, I saw no reason for this as almost similar can be had with other brands, cheaper.Read the reviews and view any photos, make your decision with these in mind.

First pair of pads that stay put, there is plenty of padding. I do not like trousers with padding, either the padding is in the wrong place or just a bit too thin.This is an excellent product I would thoroughly recommend especially to the youngest readers considering a purchase.

even when on my overall it keeps sliding down. Have to put the velcro on the smallest piece .ok for fat legged people.

Like all pads you will get warm other than the chunky feel these are the only drawbacksI was surprised how much you got, pads are very robust and fit really well. You also have some Velcro adjuster straps ... As well as clear instructions you get a carry/storage sackBetter than similar pads and the price based on comfort/experience using them ... Bargain
