The cost reflects the quality which is the only drawback. They do fine in the microwave for frozen pizzas. They are good, too, for feeding my dogs if it home cooking. The design is very nice.

These had no problem handling a heavy full plate of taco salad/hay stacks.

I’ve been using these plates for parties for 5+ years, and they are the best! Love the large size and they are super sturdy!

Elegant looking product. Very sturdy. Good price. I purchased dinner and appetizer plates. Hold up well. I'll definitely purchase more.

These plates looked great, but surprisingly for a 10-inch plate, the inside flat area is only 6 inches. That is why I returned them. 6 inches is too small an area for dinner. The slope down from the edge to the middle is 2 inches all around so no food can be placed on that area. Otherwise, they look very sturdy and strong.

However! Due to mobility issues, I was forced to simplify this summer. We had planned for a dinner party for eight on our patio. I ordered the plates and salad/dessert plate and Hunter green napkins. The “dishes” don’t look or feel like paper. They are restaurant grade and perfect.Due to an unexpected weather change we had to have the party in our formal dining room. I didn’t use China. I used these “Compostable paper” dishes. I used each atop a cream-colored Chargers from the Loire Valley of France. Everyone raved.It certainly simplified cleanup—- the weather changed, and we had dessert on the patio under the moon and tiki torches.
