OtterBox DEFENDER SERIES Case for Samsung Galaxy S6 ACTIVE (ONLY) - Retail Packaging - BLACK

I've gotten and loved Otterbox cases before but there's a lot of issues with it for the s6active (yes I got the right case I have an S6 active) for starters the screen protector does not line up with the buttons properly, it also has a large enough gap that when it rains the water winds up stuck between the protector and your phone and like most Otterboxes its a bit hard to remove. The screen protector is easy enough to just pop out though (however be wary with this cuz once you do this the glue on the case will stick to your phone and it's hard to get off). No one can hear me on the phone when I speak unless I'm using a headphone mic or Bluetooth device (which is pretty standard for a bulky protective case imo). It's a decent case but you can find ones with the same amount of protection for a bit less money. Other bits worth mentioning. There isn't a bit that covers/protects the rear camera or external speaker. Guess alot of people have had issues with the belt clip but I don't use it so -shrug-

Can't say enough about the Otter. I've tried others (to "save" $), but that turned out to be a mistake. The Otter may take a sexy phone and turn it into a brick, but you'll have that sexy phone until the technology is no longer supported. I plan to continue to use Otter in the future- it's hard to imagine how this product can be improved. On second thought, one of the cheaper competitors did offer a 'kick stand' to enable hands-free viewing of the phone when placed on a desk or table. That would be a nice addition- but even if they never add this feature, I'll stick with the Otter.

I purchased this case for my husband. He loves the case. It protects every aspect of his phone very well. The one thing he does not like is the holder. It is very difficult to get the phone/case out of the holder. By the time he gets the phone/case out of the holder, he has missed the call. When I tried it, I hurt my fingers trying to get it out. There needs to be a better design for removing the phone/case from the holder.

This case is on a teen boy's phone. This phone has been dropped from a bike, a skate board ramp, thrown against a wall (made a dent), and swam around in a pocket at the pool (not sure if it was the phone or box or both that is water resistant). Phone is still in great shape. This thing works. My son wouldn't be allowed to have a phone at this age without this case on it.

Ordered this for my phone becuz I'm ruff as hell on phones and my job is as well got 2 day free shipping it along with my other item I ordered were on my door step the next day. Less than 24 hours after I ordered gotta say I'm impressed this case is solid. Took me 10 minutes just to get the rubber sleeve off but that's a good thing fits perfect around the buttons highly recommend this case to anyone

This is made well and I think it will protect my phone nicely. I dropped my last one and even with the extra screen protector, it shattered. I decided to step up to the Otter...though I am not a fan of a plain case, I decided durable was much better. I added a few stickers on just for color...otherwise I am pleased with this product.

I like this device only problem I had was trying to figure out how to break it down it took a minute but I got it and now I like it its pretty simple. I would have preferred that it was easier to get out of its holder when you want to look at your phone when one has a call. Other than that its a great holder.

Was ran over by a truck maybe multiple trucks and heavy equipment. Fell out of pocket on demolition jobsite. Case is fine, phone broke on inside of phone though. Now I got an upgrade for my phone so I will.be getting another Otterbox for that model
