Quality product, nutritious, and fun to eat
Fabulous source of protein, vitamins and other nutrients. They taste great, are chewy, and are wonderful to include in a salad, or my rice and dahl. The price is still very reasonable.

Healthy Wonderful Snack
Confession: We hand feed Sincerely Nuts Sunflower Seed Kernels to our five hens for very special treats. They not only love the attention of hand feeding, they love the sunflower seed kernels. I was SO disappointed to read they are out for my next subscribe and save order. Please please bring them back. OH! and we love to snack on them, too.

Sunflower seeds are healthy
Fresh and tasty but most important is the 12 grams of protein in 1/2 cup. Just remember to keep in freezer!
