Excellent product
As a result of the virus, I ended up on a temporary (I hope) oxygen concentrator. It came with standard cannula that I could not wear. My nose woudl end up beat up and woudl hurt from it all over. I was so looking for something that need not have to be put into my nose but still provides oxygen that I needed. This product not only does that but is also very soft and flexible--unlike the original cannula with the machine. There are some issues with this, which should be noted, but they didn't deter me from buying more.1) Since everyone has different face shape and nose size, this will obviously not fit everyone comfortably. I have a very small nose and so this is too big but that also allows for good air circulation and I still got the benefits of the oxygen2) because the material is so soft and flexible, the tie around the next doesn't stay and slides off. The manufacturer should try a different type of tie there that doesn't slide so easily.3) I only use the oxygen now for sleeping and if I sleep on my side, this has the tendency to move away from my nose because the neck tie let's it loose. Again, this is associated with the strength of the neck tie--and its slipperiness.4) it has a strong smell, which gases into one's nose right off... I was wondering if what I inhaled with my extra oxygen was toxic... but the odor cleared I suppose because I got a good night's of sleep and no odor by the morning.I recommend this product for everyone on oxygen concentrator who suffers from the hard PVC edging it's contour into your face and your nose.

How to wear the Nasal Mask
Normal cannula’s just eat up the inside of my nose, so I decided to try this one. It works great, but I think there is a lot of frustration on HOW to wear it. The maker does not do a very good job of explaining this, but a visit to their site, where they have a couple of people displaying the nose mask, created an “ah hah!” moment for me. The "cup" is not meant to go "over" the nose. Instead, the cup is meant to be UNDER the nose as per the photo. So start out by putting the cup over the nose, then loop the air feeds over your ears, and tighten the knot under the neck. The cup will slowly drop down under the nose, and this is how it stays in place. Quite comfortable!

I agree with negative reviews
LOL there was not a category for Piece of Crap - save your $5 go get a burger instead. Not worth your time trouble or efforts.... edges are sharp and gouge into face. does not sit properly, oxygen is not directed towards nose. Avoid this scam please.

Very good product
I found this to be much better than the nasal oxygen cannula because it does not blow directly into your nose, -which irritates my nose, it comes from both sides in front of the nose. There was no problem with the fit, sets just fine on the face.

Good quality not for me
It didn’t work for my face and nose. Just felt like I had a cup under my nose that “had” O2 in it. I tired on recommendation of Dr but went back to other style. Very comfortable though so would work for many people in the right case.

Hard to keep on
Fits a bit awkward over the nose. Got for my grandma who was having trouble with the regular tubes hurting the inside of her nose. Tried this out for a few weeks but sat too weird on her nose for her to feel comfortable sleeping with it on. Ended up just cutting the ends of her regular tubes shorter and switching back

Better than I had hoped
I wasn't sure about this style of breathing support, but it is working better than I had hoped. Can recommend to others as being well worth trying
