Theatre: The Lively Art

I used this once. Nice book, come in with pages and covers and words and everything you need in a book. Also make a good headrest whenever I need a place to just lay down and cry. All and all, this expensive textbook is all you need if you are a poor art student disappointing your parents with your education, just so after college you can be in the ensemble for the rest of your life.

Just what I needed for my Theatre 1100 class.

This textbook was required for my Theatre 100 class. I personally didnt want to take theatre and simply took it for the Arts credit but in the end I'm glad I took the class. The textbook was very interesting and was not boring. I never knew how much work goes into a production until I read this book.

Nice book with great pictures. Pretty good concept on what theater is about and all the work that is put into it.

Does a good job of making theatre appreciable

I had to purchase this for school and was amazed how easy it is to read. It's the first mandatory textbook that I finished on my own and actually enjoyed.
