Only used once so far but noticed instant improvement as had both eye operated on with cataracts removed over last couple years but suffer with darkness under eyes. This really took out puffiness and the dark circles after one use. Great improvement. Now want try face and lip ones.

For a first time user I have found these to be very slippery (pulled between 2 fingers seemed to do the job) and better worn upside-down do get better coverage. They do give a lovely cooling feeling which makes it feel like they are working, 1 week in and not seen much difference yet, but will continue until the pack is finished as I'm sure all the excess goop in it must have a purpose. Probably won't buy it again though. But thanks for the experience.

These are a great little thing to help with puffy eyes, a little slippery but once you get the hang of it it's easy. I use them once a week to help with dark circles due to working nights and not getting alot of sleep

Not sure if all these other reviews are fake but they are so thin and wet they slip down your face and break if you try to adjust them. No good.

It gave me allergy. I did not see any result. Waist of money.
