Used once. A nice pre workout kick. Not a bad flavour, I was concerned about the blue colour but was please to read its from containing spirilina not some dodgy chemicals. I believe it's better to pay a few quid more with pre workout to get a better set of ingredients, rather than the cheaper and nasty ones

Almost perget
Would be 5 stars if it wasn't artificial sweetener i.e. sucralose. Apart from that it has everything you'd need in a pre-workout and works very well.

My son used this and told me it has a great flavour, it's not too sweet or sickly and it gave him a massive burst of energy for my gym workout, He'sjust used it a couple of times now but already impressed with it
