Giving it four star because the conflict balloon is waste, it is not of use as the glitters inside were not sticking and not serving the purpose. Rest all are very good, not even a single balloon has any defect. love the decorations.

Balloons colors were slightly different but balloons quality are excellent. Very easy to make garland with provided strip. I tried it 1st time and overall decoration were extremely good.
