As far as I have seen, yes. It may not last the full thirty days under extreme wet conditions. I've used it for 4 summers on my outside dogs, and I think three times I have had to re-apply it in 21 to 25 days. In my opinion, it works as well as any brands on the market., I personally think, better than all the big brand expensive topical flea & tick treatments.
