A Must Have for Bioshock Fans.
If you're a big Bioshock fan like I am, stop reading and just purchase this great board game. Dropping to around $21 from around $60, there's really no need to second guess if you should include this game to your Bioshock-related collection. Even if you're not a fan of Bioshock or have never heard of or even played the video games, there is lots to appreciate in this strongly thematic strategy board game. The units are wonderfully detailed; the cards are rich in their art work; the quality of the board and all the components are top-notch, making one see the $80 original price the game once had; and all the components flow in a very satisfying way. The gameplay itself is surprisingly deep as well, allowing the players to upgrade their battle cards, take risks with different movements along the board's "rails", and think ahead. It's similar to risk in that you conquer territories, but all the extra strategy elements take the game to a different level. It has a steep learning curve, but once you get over that hurdle you'll be playing like a champ. I highly recommend it.

Awesome Video Game, this board game reflects it.
Great quality game. Worth the price now at $30-35. I wouldn't pay more though as this is a nitch player interest game. Not a game for players who like uncomplicated games. This game has a lot of cogs moving. But it's not too much to confuse you too much either. It's totally learn-able, and there's videos all over the place to teach you how to play. Totally awesome for those needing help. But don't let those notes scare you from enjoying the game if you loved the video game. The Songbird is just as scary awesome in this game. The Airship is too. And Booker is even scarier. PS: This game is very well balanced.

Very nice game
Very nice game for 2 or 4 players, especially if you have played Bioshock Infinitive (it is not required for you to play, but you have all the references from the game in the board game). The game mechanics work very well, they weren't just making a simple game and trying to shove bioshock in it to sell (as we sometimes see in other franchises).Nice components, a beautiful art and a funny game to play. I strongly reccomend it.

Great two player game
I bought this for my son who is a huge fan of the video games. The game has great art and theme. It's really only a two player game that can be converted into a shared turn four player game. Overall the rules are easy to understand. There are some fiddly rules that at First are difficult to grasp but after a round or two things even out. The components are top notch and well worth the price of the game. I like the different scenario cards that will keep each game fresh and replayable. The game is very confrontational both with the other player and with the game itself. Overall it's a great two player game that I would hesitate to play with the 4 player count recommended on the box.

Great product!
The game came in as described, and was a big hit with the person who it was for

which we love. The instruction guide is massive for a board ...
The game is gorgeous, and my family likes that you play the Founders Vs the VP. A unique spin on the video game, which we love. The instruction guide is massive for a board game, so there’s a learning curve to it. I’d recommend watching some gameplay on youtube first.

The game has potential.
This game presents you with multiple strategies to use during the game however they handicap you so that you can never utilize the strategy. While this keeps games close it ruins any chance of players developing unique strategies to win against the game. The only way to get over this is to tinker with house rules.

Cheaper than in store, fun, but limited player options
After discovering this board game at a local shop, and knowing I wanted to buy it, I decided to check again before impulsively buying it. I'm glad I did, because I ended up saving about ten bucks! The game is fun, and reminiscent of risk. My main issue with this game is that it can only be played by 2 or 4 players. That can really be a bummer when you're bringing it to a game night and end up with a third or fifth wheel.
