What height and weight range would it work well for? We are looking for my daughter who is about 44 pounds and about 44 inches tall.

The shoulder trainer works for kids of all sizes. I use it training kids as small as 3 all the way up to adult. It just keeps the shoulder open and arms to ears in correct form.

Is this a good product to do aerials with? (To keep your hands up)

I am not sure about aerials, but we used it for handstands, and simple front flips. Did not use long, since my kid did not like it.

How do you remove the stickers?

I found it best to let them wear off. Pulling them or putting chemicals on the foam deteriorated it.
