I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pillow. It was nicely constructed with a soft burlap. The picture we chose transferred great. Plus - the shipping was pretty quick on a custom item. Well done! My only comment is the insert is a little flat and could use some more "fluff", but it still is wonderful and I would order more for sure. Great product, service and shipping.

I first have to say, the print was not perfect, but I understand how uploading a photo and expecting a perfect result isn’t reality.The reason I gave 5 stars was in connection to their customer service. I was told I would get this item June 9th and after a day I received an email that I would receive it June 6th - 12th. Not guaranteeing the 9th.My anniversary is the 9th and was hoping to receive it before. That’s exactly what happened after professional customer service and great communication from the vendor.They exceeded in customer service and delivered with quality. Amazing gift for my love.Thank you.

I absolutely love the pillow case and can’t wait to give it as a gift. I opted to add a pillow to my order and was less than impressed. I am satisfied with the case, but the pillow is cheap for what I paid.

My friend lost her dad recently and her mom has Alzheimers. I love this pillow because her mom can hug it and so can my friend. Her mom has been pushing it around in a wheelchair. It was tough to watch but also very sweet. I thought she might want to spray it with cologne her dad wore. Hope this helps someone xoxoxo

I love seeing my dearly departed friend on a pillow cover!! Image is crisp and clear. However, I had hoped image of my cat would be closer to her normal size on the cover without so much excess background wall and sofa that she was sitting on.I have messaged the seller and did get a quick 1 day later reply. They said they'd be happy to try again if I sent them a larger image. I now need to clarify how to re -order and whether they will charge me for a re-do.The down side of ordering is that once you load your image and tweak it in the image loader and process your order there is no way to look back at the image you loaded and/ or ask the seller any questions. I guess you just wait and see what you end up with.The cover does seem well made with good inside seams, a hidden zipper at the bottom, made from a 100% white polyester smooth fabric. The 14 x 14 is a good size. Many sofa pillows are much much larger than that.
