Runs small but is made well.
Ordered the large and it’s still too small for my cat. He won’t go into it but my dog thinks it’s a toy

It has a “pillow” on the bottom that is soft and fluffy and removable for washing.
The pillow in the bottom bunches up sometimes and cat won’t go in it. It was bigger than I thought it would be which was nice for my growing cat.

I do not recommend this product.
It did not feel well made. The hole for the cat to climb into was quite small. My cat would have nothing to do with it. Also, I didn’t like the fact that this company will not allow you to return it. They did give me a 30% refund. I do not recommend this product.
