MoonMeteor Storm Pro Rechargeable Handlebar Mounted Front Bike Light 2000 Max Lumens, Daytime Mode, USB Type C, 160 Hours Max Runtime

I bought this brand new from Amazon. Shipment was quick and the device indeed seems to be brand new. But it is not charging. Instructions say to charge it before the first use, but charging seems to be impossible. I tried both the USB charger that arrived with light and also the compatible USB phone charger. Tried wall socket and laptop. Nothing. It seems like the charging port on the light is not working and there is no option to get in touch with support. Can you send me a new one please?

Firstly, this light is really good. Great visibility on the darkest of country roads.However, you can’t get a second set of batteries if you need spares for cycling through the night - they’re out of stock everywhere. If this is important to you, consider another product.

Cracking light. Placed on my helmet, the remote attached to the side of my helmet. Paired with a moon 600lm light on the handlebars. Used for night time riding through pitch black forests. Had full visibility. Great light. And replaceable batteries. Takes about 6 hrs to charge
