Seems like a good product.
Hard to find locally. I've only just started using it occasionally, in place of corn starch. Use it for thickening gravy, also recently used to dust on chicken wings before baking to make them crispy. Nice!

I love potato starch as it gives a crispier finish when used for frying chicken. There is also no real taste to it when used for breading on some Karaage Chicken.
