what do you do to remove lid when pump no longer is able to provide the rest of product when it gets lower?

I take the top off and use a Q-tip to get the rest of the product out. The pump isn't the best but the product is amazing! I have been using it for several years ..... I used to use Clinque's eye firm cream at $40.00 a pop but this L'Oreal cream is way better and way less expensive. I am 60 years old and have been carded a few times buying wine with my mask on as my eyes look amazing ..... I even turned my 85 year old Mom on to it a year ago and she looks fantastic!

I thought the eye renewal was fine but the bottle was really horrible. After using about half of it you can not get the rest out. You can not screw off the top. Because of that it just is not worth it. They have another productt, similar that is a cream that comes in a small jar.
