How easy is this to clean? Which parts can go in the dishwasher?

Most parts can easily rinse off under running tap water. Here is what we recommend: - Wash the spiralizer under running tap water. Use a mild detergent if necessary. Use a brush to clean between the blade teeth if necessary. - Hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the product. - If washed in a dishwasher, use the top rack only, as hot water can warp the suction pad and prevent it from working correctly. Does this work well for Butternut squash or sweet potatoes?

Yes. In fact I used it to spiralise sweet potatoes this Morning and they turned out great.

Can this be use for celery please? Thank you

Sorry, I haven’t tried celery, but imagine it may be too thin and bendy. Great for veg like cabbage, carrots, sweet potatoes, courgette, potatoes, celeriac, cucumber and any other firm veg. Hope this helps. Love mine and use it lots.
