Works perfectly and easy to use!
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do: Clean your Keurig machine. You get three uses from one bottle (yes, it's frustrating they don't have a measurement on the bottle, marking the thirds). Put it in the regular Keurig water reservoir and start the Keurig going. Cup after cup after cup. Once low enough it won't run more water, take the reservoir off and rinse it. Then fill it up and run water through again, cup after cup after cup. You'll fill the reservoir up three times with fresh water, per the instructions, to rinse out all of this product. It's simple enough, but time consuming.Afterwards, your Keurig should be good as new.Personally, I like the Urnex K-Cup Cleaning Cups, too. They clean the needles, specifically, and you can see all sorts of soapy residue come through. One note: Keurig, themselves, states, in their instructions, to run a cycle without a K-Cup, just water, after each and every use. This helps keep the machine clean. Doing so will allow you to go longer without using products like this.

Works & cheaper than the Keurig brand descaler
Really happy with this purchase. My lightly-used Keurig started acting up for the 2nd time since I've owned it and the vinegar trick (as well as other helpful tips & tricks I looked up online) just weren't working as well this time around. As a last resort I figured I'd buy the Keurig descaler/cleaner but decided after reading the reviews for this product I would save a little money and give this a try instead. Worked wonderfully! Since I had already tried several times to use other methods to clean it out, I used nearly half a bottle vs the 1/3 the bottle directions suggests and I ran it through several more times as well. It did work! Unlike other reviewers I did notice a very slight smell to the solution and thought I still smelled it a bit after running just water through the machine, so I did run just water through double the suggested amount. I also changed out the water filter even though it wasnt due for a new one yet, just to be safe. Definitely less of a smell/taste/hassle than vinegar though. I would highly suggest this product to those who have gotten the dreaded "descale" message on their Keurigs, or to anyone who owns a different type of coffee machine.

Great product, works well
Worked as promised. I used before I used the Clean Cup Single Cup Brewing Cleaning. Wow, what an improvement. The coffee was less bitter, the tea a bit more clear and the hot water totally rocked from my Keurig. I use my Keurig for almost everything, so it gets a pounding. I would recommend both these products. I even had better flow thru.

Works really well!
I bought this product because I felt that after owning my Keurig for more than a year, I should probably clean it. I was not having any issues with the machine but I just wanted to maintain it so it would last longer. The great thing about this product is that it is for multiple uses so I only used one third of the bottle. It was easy to use (following the directions on the label) but you do have to invest the time to do it right because it requires you to flush out the Keurig afterwards a bunch of times. It is worth the time, because I noticed that after using the cleaner the water came out faster. I also began brewing a few hours later and the coffee and tea tasted just as great as before. There was no chemical taste or smell at all. I would purchase this item again when I run out.

Works well, and yes you could use vinegar and water, but WHY when this works and doesn't stink!!
I bought this bottle of cleaner for my Keurig carafe machine. I dislike that machine because it is very picky about what k-cups you can place inside, and it would not take the other set with the k-cup cleaner. That said, this cleaner did a great job. I am sure I could clean my machine with vinegar and water, but this solution is priced just fine and I don't have to smell that awful scent of vinegar. This bottle is big enough to clean my machine probably three times.Overall the best part of this solution is that it does not stink as bad as home cleaners, like vinegar. It is worth every penny to feel like the machine is being cleaned without the smell.

Did a so-so job
This product (which is just citric acid, by the way!) took a lot longer than I expected to clean out my Keurig. I followed the directions exactly and poured 1/3 of the bottle in with a full tank of water and ran it through. But I still was getting biofilm and coffee grinds out of my machine at the end of the cycle...so I did it again. And again. I used the whole bottle of this liquid before I was able to get clear water. And even then, I needed to run 4 more fresh tanks of water through before I could get rid of the acid taste in the water! Eventually, it did improve the quality of my water. But even now, a month after I used this product, I'm getting biofilm and coffee grinds in my system (and into my coffee) again, so I'm not sure how great of a job it did cleaning my Keurig thoroughly.

Product works great
I used this product and it did a great job descaling/cleaning the machine. I followed other user recommendations and flushed the brewer extra times than what the manufacturer recommends. No issues with bitter taste. I recommend the product.

It works well but rinse thoroughly after descaling
Does the job but be warned: you will need to do between six and ten cycles AFTER to get rid of the taste. I tried making a coffee after five cycles and it was horrible! Sadly, I had to pour it away and continue to purge and rinse for several more cycles. Good bye poor coffee... It was never your fault....

An excellent product and I would buy again
It worked very well and the first time. I still have more left for the next time that I have a buildup of scales from water. An excellent product and I would buy again.

Not much better than vinegar
For most coffee makers, TSP is the best liquid for descaling but it's not suitable for Keurig machines. We have tried vinegar and it does work but thought we would try this product instead. It makes it no quicker and initially I thought it was more effective than vinegar. (While running water through the Keurig machine without a K-cup inserted.) The water just gushed through. Then, I made a cup of coffee and the water flow was almost as slow as usual. So, who knows? Was the machine not yet in need of descaling? Will it never provide faster water flow through a K-cup? No idea but vinegar is dirt cheap so in future we will just use that.
