Oh my gosh!
OK, I purchased these for a project I was doing and they worked great! However, I broke the bit in the smaller one; my fault not theirs. I removed the allen screw but was not able to get the bit out. So I wrote them asking for advice as to how to get the bit out. Low and behold they offered to replace it. That in itself was very kind and generous but to my amazement they replaced the whole set!! Extraordinary customer service. Can't say enough good things about them. The product works great; cuts clean holes for the screw. Couldn't be more pleased with the product or the company.

Works fine, but not as good as I hoped - still a good value for the money.
I bought one of these, but got a few more because they were a couple bucks lower on Amazon Prime Day. The original arrived about a week before Prime Day, but was not the full kit - it was missing the main quick change holder - not much use without that. I chose to have Amazon send a replacement rather than a refund. (No deduction to my review for that, someone in the warehouse probably grabbed someone else's return unit- not fair to judge the product for someone's error). However, I did not receive my replacement unit until after Prime Day - and after purchasing (2) additional for the Prime Day price. These units are mediocre quality from what I can tell, but still a fair price for a complete set like this. The only set of the 3 ordered and tried so far, was a slight bit wobbly, so I wouldn't suggest these for precise work. Also, the countersink portion of the bits were not sharp and don't cut into the wood as well as a brand name set I own. I'll probably try to hone the countersink to see if it sharpens. Most of the work I use these for is 'quick fixes' around the house - not high quality work. I love the versatility and convenience of the quick change system, and usually keep one (#8) chucked into my portable drills. The quick change holder did provide a solid hold of each of the 3 bit sizes in either position (drill bit side, or screwdriver side). Based on the other brands I own, these appear like they will hold up over time. I'm going to keep one set just because of the convenience/versatility, even though not quite as good as I hoped. I'll debate returning the other two and/or test them to see if the one I had was just not up to snuff - but, I don't have high hopes. I did not expect them to be real high quality like some brand name models, but didn't want to spend $35-40+ for just one 3 bit set like this one. Again, for the things I use these for, they should work just fine, so not a bad deal at all for the price. I may just give a set away to someone else who's never owned a 'quick-flip' system so they can appreciate the the convenience of having one.

Not Quite to Spec
This is cool tool to switch quickly between drill and drive. However there is an issue with the chuck end. It does not fit in the standard locking bit holder due to the allen key sticking out the end. I shaved 1/16th off the allen key and also brought the choke point down closer to the end to make the distance closer to the usual 1/4" instead of the 7/16th" as it comes. Release is pull out push in and not spring return. Unit is made of aluminum past the primary shank and bit. So don't use it as a nut driver, or you will tear it up. I would give it 3 stars but am setting to 1 so people read this.

Works OK but with flaws
Used this to install Christmas lights today and it definitely made the job easier by flipping from the drill bit over to the screw bit. Unfortunately there are several things I didn't like about the set: 1. The drill bit didn't last long before it lost its sharpness and this was only used to drill pilot holes through fiberboard around the house soffit. 2. The phillips screw bit is supposed to be #2 but is more like #1 with a pointer/narrower tip. It could not grip the screws I used for the lights and ended up replacing the bit with a Dewalt #2 phillips that worked much better. 3. The biggest issue I had was how sensitive the bit release on the shank is! If you barely bumped the drill bit then it released it too easily. I lost count how many times I had to climb down the ladder to retrieve it. At least I got my steps in for the day.

Elegant priceless tool.
This makes work go better. I use screws for everything. Predrilling makes for much less splitting. You can take your work apart if you have to. Very fast switching. Good price. Get it. It'll be in your drill gun all the time.

The materials are cheap, they shouldn't use what feels like aluminum it makes it get stuck

I've tried the DeWalt version of this and for the extra $10, I highly recommend it. This Luckyway countersink has the right idea with poor execution. The main problem is that the shaft doesn't stay locked into the chuck and so unless you're doing very basic and uninhibited work, you'll end up losing the the drill bit/drive shaft. Very frustrating to use as a professional.
