When the old LI-10B battery will not store much of a charge any longer this is a replacement battery that works great at an affordable price. I bought two and alternate them. One is stored fully charged and one is used until almost fully discharged before swapping them out and recharging the used one to be stored fully charged. This two-battery system is used to also keep cell phone batteries lasting for several years. Try it out.

I purchased two Maximal Power DB OLY LI-10B/12B batteries almost exactly a year ago, to use in an old workhorse Olympus Stylus 800 camera. Previously I'd only used Olympus replacement batteries, but thought I'd try another brand. Unfortunately, my experience with both of these batteries has convinced me to stick with Olympus. While the Olympus replacement batteries charged well over many many cycles (and a few years!), the Maximal Power batteries are no longer useful at all, after only a year. They take a charge, but it dissipates over mere days---literally! So I now have to charge either battery immediately before using it. I gave them three stars because they did work for a period of time; perhaps my expectations were too high.

Worked out just fine. Holds charged well. After first charge I ran it down good till it quit working and recharged the battery. All well. My plane thanks you AND I DITTO AS WELL. THANKS, BillyPS: TOOK 9000 PICTURES WITH MY FIRST BATTERY TILL IT WOULD NO LONGER CHARGE THAT HAS BEE JUST UNDER 9 YRS. Have a spare this time as in next year will take 9-10,000 pictures. Love to take videos as well. I use the battery inCamera mostly days but does well at night even when running low on battery.

I really appreciate that you had the battery for my camera. I LOVE my camera and it is getting a bit old - the local stores did not have the battery and I was afraid I was going to have to give it up just for the lack of a battery. Please continue to carry these batteries for a LONG time! Not that you want a review of the camera - but I love it because it has both the large view finder but an old fashioned view finder that is very helpful on a sunny day. I bought this battery for my older olympus comedia c 765 ultra zoom digital camera..When I press the start button, nothing happens. I have tried to do this several times trying to change the battery etc I put in the old one and the camera starts but then it says no battery. and flashes a red sign on the left upper side of the camera, like a warning????Th e numbers on the old battery which worked for about 10 years, are DL010B lithium-ion for olympic and sanyo digital cameras power LENMAR . Then all is scraped offwith 3.7v and then about CAution....On the other side it has an arrow, and a round white sticker saying Recycle and the on the bottom in black,Li -ion Battery. This is information from the old battery which was dead or dying. when I ordered what I thought was the perfect battery to replace it.The camera refuses to even turn on????? The new one that was sent to me has Maximal power for olympus li-10B/12B3.7v1400mAh 5.2Wh on the back LiIon battery.I need my camera very much and hope you

I love this battery! It works great and holds a charge longer than the original Olympus battery that came with my camera. The price is right, too. I bought two so I always have a back-up charged and ready to go.

This battery is really good and it will hold a charge. I was not sure at first but it has worked out just find and I have two batteries again! You will not be sorry if you buy this, just make sure it is for your camera. It is a tiny bit larger than the one that came with my camera but it does fit!
