I love Bioelements Makeup Dissolved. It is completely non-greasy / oily and does an excellent job of removing every last bit of makeup. It works best on non-waterproof eye makeup, but will eventually get it off. I've been using this for years, and will continue.

This is the 5th time I purchased this product on Amazon. I love the product. However, this last purchase was very disappointing. The nozzle was not attached to the bottle. I tried numerous times to reattach the nozzle, but the hole in the nozzle was too small to fit the bottle. For the price, it's not worth messing with. I'll just purchase it elsewhere in the future.

Takes a little bit to get waterproof mascara off

This product will take off waterproof makeup without causing irritation and is easy to use. I recommend this product especially for sensitive skin.

The best make-up remover available and I am a theatrical make-up artist and have used many different brands!

I bought this after reading about it in an online beauty blog. It claims it can remove waterproof mascara, but it does not. It removed a small amount of mascara and left the area around my eyes feeling tight and dry. I had to use Nivea makeup remover to remove the rest. The Nivea was less than half the price. Bioelements Makeup Dissolver did remove my face make-up and left my face clean, but it wasn't worth the price especially since there are cheaper products that do the job better.
