I am starting my second bottle so it's been 2 months since I began. I didn't notice a difference until about week 5 or 6, then I started noticing a big difference! I've purchased this 6-7 times, continuously since I first tried it! When I tried it I had terrible pain in my knee which doctors said was actually coming from my hip. IDK if I believe that, but I could not walk on it and was elevating it and icing it on and off around the clock. It hurt terribly even when I stayed off it. I have a lot of medical problems and injuries but my knee pain decreased significantly after taking this for 5-6 days. I can't be sure if this supplement made that happen but being as I have a shoulder injury (which also improved some) and terrible back pain I'm going to stay with it. Sadly my back pain which has nerve involvement didn't improve. I got it for my husband and mother and recommended it to other family members. It's definitely worth trying IMO as it isn't expensive and it's just one small caplet a day.

I was experiencing knee pain and went to physical therapy which did help. I started taking this a few months ago and I have much less pain.

I think it helps my knee pain a little.
