Taste is not that good. But it does work. I do see a increase in more mobility and movement, like more easy and not feeling like your weighed down. I didn't notice any major pain relief, But I did notice that every time I take my doses and almost instantly that my airways and nostrils open up and my breathing increases and more air begans to flow through my nose. Clears up your breathing. It was like someone put some oxygen in your nose. I was like wow my breathing increased and I didn't have any troubles breathing either, I felt like the air I was breathing was lighter and even more air coming through my nose, which was an increase and helps too so you don't fell out of breath when doing things. Up to know this is how it's been working for me. Who knows maybe with longer use I will see more good effects and benefits, as of now it works good for me..

I was excited to find what appeared to be a decent Benfotiamine sublingual supplement. First second in my mouth, I tasted and smelled alcohol. Since it’s been so long since I’ve had any alcohol, it seemed overbearing & my body started heating up immensely! 😂. My bad as ethanol is clearly listed on bottle. Dr recommended this supplement and I have a really hard time swallowing pills, especially capsules. I will not take another dose of this- such a bummer I wasted $25. I really could use the money, but when I tried to contact seller to discuss, I was directed to the maddening Amazon useless bot service, NOT THE SELLER! Was notified I can’t return, so this product comes with no guarantee/ so you know.
