I have been searching for a hot water bag for quite sometime. And I was sceptical about this bag, at such a low price. But this is good. It's in good condition (which I can't say for the earlier one I ordered), working, get's hot within 5min and is totally easy to use.It's gel based. You don't have to fill it with water or anything. Just plug in the charger for 5 to 6 min and you're ready to use.

Quality is not upto the mark

Heat doesn't stands for 5 mins ,one star itself highest for this product ,at starting wirks well but after one week it doesn't heated well it just have little heat ,and while charging the upper surface will rise up ,tends to whethr it burst.. don't go for this , use traditional method that will be good

I like that it has auto cut off after it’s fully heated so no worrying about any mishaps. Small and easy to use. Takes about two mins to be heated . Stays warm for quite some time . The cover cloth could maybe be a little thicker as keeping it directly over a body surface for a while could actually cause a burn . Over all good product .
